Can I place an order as an individual?
This website is for our corporate customers.
For individual orders, please contact us via our Contact Form.

For first-time customers, you will first need to set up a new account.
Please complete the New Account Form with the required fields and we will contact you with your official account.
If you already have an official account, please log in to place your order.
Is there a order unit?
The minimum lot size is one box.
Example: For a quantity of 10 units, the minimum order amount will be one 10-unit box.
We do not accept orders for single units.
Can I choose the colors in an assortment or colored products?
Unfortunately, our products are sold in boxes (or bags) of several units, so it is not possible to specify the specific color(s) included in each box.
Assortments: Include products with different colors and patterns in each box.
Example: SH-570 Stainless Scissors → Includes 5 pink and 5 blue units.
Colored Products: Each individual item includes different colors.
Example: 288 3 Color Ballpoint Pens 3pc → Rubber grip comes in black, blue and grey (1 each).
Can you tell me the price of the products?
Prices are displayed after logging in.
Additionally, if you select your country from the top navigation, the prices will be shown in your local currency, and you can make payments in that currency.
Are value-added tax and customs duties included in the order price?
All applicable value-added tax and import duties are to be borne by the customer (consignee).
We are unable to determine the cost of applicable import duties or value-added tax for each customer, so please contact your local customs office for more detailed information.
Is shipping available to my country?
We offer shipping to most countries and regions, with some exceptions.

Can you ship to an address other than my registered address?
Yes, provided that shipping is available to your country or region. However, we cannot ship to private residences.
About how much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary by country and region.
Shipping costs to your selected location will be displayed on the confirmation page of your shopping cart.
Can I choose my shipping carrier?
Customers generally cannot choose the shipping method.
All orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority.
Can I choose my delivery date and time?
We generally do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
When will my shipment arrive?
We cannot respond to inquiries about the exact delivery date and time of
your order. Once the delivery date is confirmed, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided at the time of your order.
Please check the delivery status directly on the shipping company's website.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as the shipping process has not yet begun.
If the shipping process has already begun, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted provided that the conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy have been met.

I placed two separate orders. Is it possible to combine them into one single shipment?
Once your order number has been confirmed, it is not possible to ship your second order (no matter how small) together with your first order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment either by credit card or PayPal.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
You may change your shipping address provided that the shipping process has not yet begun. Otherwise, we cannot accept changes to your shipping address.
